BabySnap AI allows users to upload baby photos and generate AI-enhanced baby photography images and more.

This App is intended only for parents or legal guardians. By using the App, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or that you have legal permission to upload and process the child’s image.

  • Email address (via Google Login)

b) User Content

  • Baby photos uploaded by the user for AI image generation

c) Device Information

  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • App version

d) Payment Information

  • Payments are processed securely using the Cashfree SDK
  • We do not store or process card, UPI, or banking details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data only to:

  • Generate AI baby photography images
  • Authenticate users using Google Login
  • Process in-app purchases
  • Improve app performance and stability
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with legal requirements

We do not display advertisements, sell personal data, or use data for marketing without consent.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Gemini API

Uploaded images are securely sent to our servers and processed using the Gemini API for AI image generation. Images are used only to generate requested results and are not used to train AI models.

Google Services

Google Login is used for authentication. Only basic profile information such as email address is accessed.

Cashfree SDK

Cashfree is used to handle secure payment transactions. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.

5. Data Storage & Retention

  • User data and uploaded images are stored securely on our servers
  • Data is retained until the user deletes it
  • Upon account deletion request, all data is permanently deleted within 7 days

6. Account & Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and personal data at any time.

Once verified, all associated data including uploaded images and generated content will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 13+ and is intended for parents or legal guardians only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent.
