This Privacy Policy explains how ShuchiAI (“ShuchiAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using ShuchiAI, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
User Inputs (Prompts & Images)
When you use ShuchiAI, you may enter text prompts and upload images so our AI can generate or edit content. Your prompts and images are sent from your device to our secure cloud environment and to third‑party AI service providers (including Google’s Gemini AI Studio) only to perform the requested processing, apply content moderation, and maintain safety. We do not keep your original uploaded images or prompts as permanent records; any temporary copies needed for short‑term security, abuse prevention, or debugging are retained only for a limited time.
AI Outputs (Results)
After processing, ShuchiAI returns finished AI‑generated or AI‑edited images (“outputs”) to your device. To provide you with history, reuse, synchronization, and related features, these outputs may also be kept within our systems as part of your in‑app experience and may be cached or stored locally on your device. You can usually manage or remove outputs from within the App, and removing them will result in their deletion or anonymization from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal and security requirements.
Automatically Collected Technical Data
We may automatically collect non‑personal technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, approximate usage metrics, and crash logs. This information is typically collected via third‑party tools (for example, Firebase) and is used to improve performance, reliability, and security; it does not directly identify you. We do not intentionally collect contact lists, precise GPS location, or government ID numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and operate ShuchiAI’s core features, including AI‑based generation and editing.
- Deliver, display, and help you manage your AI results within the App.
- Analyze performance and usage in aggregate to improve quality, prevent abuse, and fix issues.
- Show and measure advertisements through third‑party networks, where applicable.
We do not create a public profile of you based on your photos or prompts, and we do not sell your personal information as “sale” is typically defined in privacy laws.
3. Cloud Processing & Third‑Party Services
Cloud AI Processing
When you submit prompts or images, ShuchiAI uses cloud infrastructure and external AI providers to generate outputs. In particular, we use Google’s Gemini AI Studio and related Gemini APIs, as well as similar AI services, to process your content and create AI‑generated or AI‑edited images. Your prompts, uploaded photos, and related metadata may be sent from your device to these third‑party AI services so they can perform the requested processing, apply automated moderation, and support security and quality. Originals are not retained longer than required for these purposes and short‑term operational needs, and processing by these providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy notices (for example, Google’s Gemini terms and privacy policies).
Where required by platform rules, we obtain your explicit permission in the App before sharing your personal data (including photos, prompts, and other content you provide) with third‑party AI services such as Gemini AI Studio. If you choose not to grant this permission, some or all AI features may not be available.
Analytics & Crash Reporting
We may use analytics and crash reporting services (such as Firebase) to collect pseudonymous usage metrics and diagnostic information. This helps us understand how features are used and identify problems so we can improve stability and performance. Processing by these services is governed by their own privacy terms.
Advertising (e.g., Google AdMob)
ShuchiAI may use advertising networks such as Google AdMob. These networks can collect device identifiers, IP address, general location (for example, country or region), and ad interaction data to serve, limit, and measure ads and, where allowed, personalize them. You can often adjust ad personalization in your device settings or Google account. Advertising partners handle this data under their own privacy policies.
4. Content Rules & Moderation
You must not submit or attempt to generate content that is explicit, sexual, nude, violent, hateful, harassing, dangerous, fraudulent, or illegal, or that infringes others’ rights.
Our AI and moderation systems, along with the AI provider, may automatically restrict content that violates these rules in line with app store policies. Where a “Report” option is available, you may report problematic or unsafe outputs; reported items are reviewed and appropriate action may be taken, including restricting access to certain content or features where required by law or platform rules.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
Inputs (Photos and Prompts)
Inputs are used to process your request and enforce content and security rules. Originals are not kept as permanent records; any operational copies in logs are retained only for a limited period required for abuse prevention, debugging, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
Outputs (Results Used in Your Experience)
AI‑generated or edited outputs associated with your use of ShuchiAI may be kept within our systems and/or on your device to provide history, reuse, and related features. You can typically remove outputs via in‑app controls. After removal, they are deleted or anonymized from active systems within a reasonable time and from backups in line with our retention schedule and legal requirements.
Analytics & Diagnostics
Aggregated, pseudonymous analytics and crash data may be retained for as long as needed to operate and improve the App and comply with legal obligations, and then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Advertising Data
Advertising partners apply their own retention policies to data they process; refer to their privacy policies for specific details.

6. Sharing, Transfers, and Business Changes
We may share limited information with:
- Service providers who host infrastructure, provide analytics, security, customer support, or advertising, and who process data only under our instructions and subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Affiliates or related entities that help operate or improve ShuchiAI under similar protections.
If ShuchiAI is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, relevant data may be transferred as part of that process. In such cases, the receiving entity will be required to handle your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy or a policy that offers comparable protection, or you will be asked for consent where required by law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests, or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information for monetary value and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined in some privacy laws.

Where applicable (for example, in the EEA, UK, or certain US states), we may rely on legal bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests (including security, analytics, and fraud prevention), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, and security practices at our service providers. However, no system is completely secure, so you should keep your device secure and use strong authentication where available.
10. Children’s Privacy
ShuchiAI is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or a higher age where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless we are legally required to retain it. If you believe a child has used the App and shared personal data, please contact us.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify you in‑app or through another appropriate channel where required. Your continued use of ShuchiAI after any changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
